I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BRG (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
The process was purely behavioral in focus and very casual in terms of questions and topics discussion. The general nature of the questions revolved around broad-based thoughts on analytical problem solving, overall interests in business and industries, and comfort level with involvement in a smaller, private, firm. There were no technical questions nor cases/exercises to validate analytical skills/competencies.
