Interview
They have a "hiring fair" every Wednesday at each location. You need to pass an interview with the GM of each store, then the regional manager who then sends you to the corporate office to get the required TIPS certification out of the way.

Interview
Showed up to the restaurant location and was given an application. Upon turning in application to hostess was told to wait for an immediate interview. Interviewed with GM within 20 minutes and had a call back for the hire in another 2 hours, all the same day.
