Do not bother with this company....Absolute waste of my time.........first red flag, the HR person calls you in the middle of your day in very broken English and starts talking to you like he's trying to sell you a plan to Microsoft support. Once you get through him you are actually set up with a very nice woman in India. The only problem is after a nice conversation she asked me to come up with a 1-3-5 year plan for the territory but keep it at 3 slides. They then very aggressively move you to the CEO who is just miserable. I went over what I thought was a pretty intelligent way of introducing their solution to the market over the next few years and he asked what I was going to do in the next 30 or 60 days to close deals? He then went on about how the last 3 or 4 US hires claimed all these fantastic results and after 6 months had 0 leads, making me feel like I was part of that team. Needless to say I was a bit miffed and just said if you wanted instatnt success plans its what you should have asked for and maybe just maybe you should look in the mirror and ask yourself why the only announcement your company has had over the past 2 years is a non profitable deal w a cricket club in India....but I kept it professional and was of course ghosted.........If you read this and feel it sounds like sour grapes or I don't interview well, I implore you to submit your resume and spend your time coming up w a PPP that will explain to the CEO how you will achieve what he hasn't been able to in 60 days.
