Extremely lengthy process; took nearly 3 months to hear back from the time of the interview until the time of the beginning of the interview process. Very professional atmosphere, but pretty much a cubical farm. Focus is on productivity with very little human interaction.

Interview
Applied in November, did not get call until December. Offered me a job in January. Easy interview questions. Very cut and dry. The interviewers did not have much interviewing under their belt. They seemed more nervous then I did.
