The interviewers were usually direct reporting heads who would give a brief summary of their expectations and would ask how you fit into this role.
The HR would also have a separate interview to determine your personality fit.

How comfortable are we with working overtime during month end closing?
Very simple and straight to the point. They were very nice and accommodating. Asked me about my background, and where I went to get into fund accounting. It was a great interview.

It was smooth. Very chill and informal. Good guys looking for personality. Just had to show that you are capable and willing to learn in high paced environment. I was happy with the experience.

The first round was a call interview and the second round was a Zoom interview call. They schedule for the next round. It was a good experience for me because the manager was very good she told me about the company and the whole process. I tried to give my best.
