Interview was scheduled with the director and team. Director introduced himself but did not give me a chance to introduce myself or ask about my background. Went to the technical questions straight away. Also, they wanted me to be on video but none of them turned on their video.

In this AI era, they are still looking for candidates to know the exact syntax and are conducting interviews as if it were 2018. There was zero collaboration during the interview — it felt more like a viva.
The interviewer joined 15 minutes late, gave no introduction, kept the camera off, and asked me to code decorators for a login system. Even after I explained the approach clearly, he insisted on the exact syntax.

3 rounds with hacker rank test followed by managerial round followed by HR round. Hacker rank test was having 4 different programs. I got offer letter after that but it took 1 month to complete the whole process.
