Entry Level position, The process was pretty standard. Started with a phone interview which then led to one in person interview with would be manager and their manager.

All standard questions, what was difficult was relating very little work experience to the questions they asked. For example, give me a time where you out preformed on a project or task. Had to relate to school work and athletics instead of work.
