I joined as fresher in 2016.
I attended Walkin interview in Chennai and the Interview process for Fresher will start with written assessment with basic accounting, capital market ,English and aptitude. 2nd round will be face to face with manager. questions might be about yourself and past experience if any. basic capital market knowledge is must. If you are experienced then they might see the previous process knowledge .

Interview
It was a panel interview in campus recruitment. Once I entered the room. The panelists asked me questions looking at my resume. I answered confidently and no panic at all. And it lasted for around 10 to 15 minutes.
