I went through this process quite quickly as they seemed eager to get someone on board. I first had a phone interview which was fairly basic, background, schooling etc. along with a few basic fixed income questions. I then went in to meet with the Manager and the group which consisted again of your fairly typical interview questions, nothing overly difficult. I was then instructed to come back in two days later to give a 15 presentation on a topic that was chosen less than 24 hours prior. Everything went flawlessly but I ended up losing out to an internal candidate as they stick to their policy of 'recruiting from within'
