First round is 15 min call with a recruiter. Second round is a super day consisted of 2 30 min interviews. Pretty straightforward process. Interview questions are pretty much all behavioral, and are geared more towards fit

Mins. Second round was a super day with two interviews back to back one person from NJ another from lake Mary. Both were virtual. They questions were all behavioral

Interview
There were two interviews, 30 minutes each. The first one was with two managers from Operations. They asked behavioral questions, like what would you do if you had a tight deadline. Then there were questions about AI, such as which AI model would you like to implement to solve a problem and how I use AI. The last question was about accounting and which account book something should be recorded in. The second interview was with two vice presidents. It was much easier than the previous one. It was more centered around me and what I have in my CV. Of course, there were behavioral questions as well. Overall, it was nice.
