I made it to the final stage. Was told it would take two weeks for a decision to be made. Waited just over two weeks before reaching out the recruiter because I hadn't heard anything. Took the recruiter a week to get back to me only to say I wasn't selected. Didn't give me a reason and it was clear she never intended to tell me if I hadn't emailed her first. I would not recommend others go through this process. The 5 hour interview was extremely exhausting (actually took longer than 5 hours for me) and being ghosted like that just shows the level of respect BNSF has for your time.
