First stage is a team interview with an analyst, the interview is split up into two parts, first they ask you maths questions to do without a calculator and some brainteasers, second half is motivational questions nothing technical . Asessment centre composed of three parts 1. 30 min maths test, first one was a massive brainteaser logic question, followed percentage change, currency conversions and ending with abstract reasoning. 2. Newsflash activity with a senior member of staff . they present headlines and expect you to say how this affect financial markets. 3. Group task, sustainability focused with two people in the corner of the room assessing you.

Two rounds, second one being in person. Second round had three different interviewers. Overall good process. Generally straight forward questions. If you follow markets closely and are prepared to discuss your interests in them the interviews should go well.
