First interview is in-person with two senior staff members. It is informal and they will rely on you to advocate for yourself and ask questions. After the first interview they will have practically made their decision.

I applied through university. I interviewed at BNP Associates in Mar 2024
Interview
There was a Zoom meeting centered around salary negotiation per the interview process (the president of the company joined in on this call). I tried to negotiate a higher starting salary, but settled for the original offer. Shortly after, the president went on a long tangent regarding an unrelated topic, and then terminated the interview in an extremely unprofessional manner.

Question 1
"How many drivers licesnes are there in the US?" This question was asked in the very beginning of the interview process, but the point is they want to see how you can critically think through a problem that you don't already have the answer to.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Associates (Stamford, CT) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very unorganized. 3 people involved, including 2nd generation owner. Position advertised on Craigslist, and does not include any salary information. After 2 interviews the salary details were still clearly undecided upon. Owner ask demeaning questions like, "would you be willing to clean up his office while he is out of town". The company presents itself professionally, until the owner got involved.
