Their HR coordinator reached out for an initial behavioral phone call which lasted 15 minutes. Then I had another phone call with a hiring manager that was 30 minutes. Both interviews were behavioral focused with emphasis on team work, education, and passion on Prefab.

They interviewed me via Zoom twice, then brought me in for a simulation of requirements gathering. I was asked to manage the interview process for stakeholders. It was interesting and challenging.
