Easy formal interview, they ask about background, skills, and just normal experience throughout career. It does take a long time to get all the necessary tests done a competed before starting

It went ok...but found things were still done very old school. Beginning of interview was going well but then it went a little bit backwards by the end. It was interesting how much paper trail was being done in the all the technology we have.
