Very easy, personable and came across very understanding and open minded. The interview process was comfortable, not too intense. I would say that they make you feel at home and not pressured to be someone you’re not while you speak to them and answer their questions.

Minimal, Be prepared to ask a lot of questions so they have an opportunity to talk about their own company issues that will affect you. Ask about position tenure to hear what they have to say.
