Pretty quick and straight-forward process. it started with a call from the recruiter, then an interview the hiring manager; panel interview with engineers that the same, or higher level; and finally a meeting with Director. All-in-all the process was very efficient and quick. It should be noted that once I received the offer they refused to negotiate any part of the pay package. Offer was way under market value for a position at this level.
