1. Phone screening with Recruiter: The recruiter was super friendly, nice, and easy to talk to. They asked generic questions like, "why do you think you'd be a good fit" and "why do you want to work at BECU". 2. Teams video interview with the Manager of Digital Analytics and two other Analysts: This interview seemed to have no real pre-determined format. The manager asked some general questions about projects I had completed and kept asking the analysts if they had questions. One analyst was great and asked relevant and understandable questions; the other seemed bored and annoyed that they were in the interview and barely said anything. Also, the manager seemed to just make up questions as he went along and he admitted (when I asked for clarification) that they didn't really make sense. The interview ended with them saying they'd get back to me in 2 weeks. 4. Wait 1.5 months for a response: I finally reached put to the recruiter to see if there were any decisions so that I could move on with other offers, and the recruiter immediately called me to say I didn't get the offer. It seemed like someone dropped the ball in notifying the rejects that they didn't get the position.
