Phone screening, overreaching panel interview; however, there was good dialogue. It was apparent that the management team worked very well together. Questions were asked to gauge knowledge, work ethic, and to see if I was a good fit.

Within the period of 2 days I had a job offer.. The interview was very straight foward. Most of the questions were behavioral questions. The hiring manager was very personable and not intimidating.
