Interview
I thought discussions went well. General background questions, history, applicability, building rapport. Said I would hear back from either hiring manager or HR person. It has been a few weeks and still nothing.

This is not my first interview with BD.
Poor interview process as
Internal candidates are already available and they make you go through 6-7 rounds.
Kind request if you post job to check boxes just to play hard ball with your internal candidates please stop wasting time of experienced professionals.
Absolutely poor and long process.
Please don't apply to them unless you know the hiring manager otherwise it's a waste of time
