Interview
The online interview consisted of two panels and was held via Microsoft Teams. The first panel dealt with introductions and a background check (my experience in this role). The second panel explored technical questions and included a role-play to evaluate my suitability, as I had no prior experience in the role.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BD in Jan 2018
Interview
I had 1 basic phone interview and then an in person interview with two managers at the same time. I heard back in about 3 days. Once I accepted the offer I had to pass a background check and drug test before starting.
