Telephonic interview, than face to face and than HR round were there including various questions related to sales and performance, acheivements,conversion etc,various scientific activity and other scientific sharing with the customers are also been asked and were replied to them , it also include primary and secondary data collection pattern

Business pattern for Hospital sale and primary and secondary compliation and also the growth pattern
The interview process I encountered with BD was lacking on many aspects. I interviewed with a sales manager who supposedly was only given this territory three weeks ago. He could not honestly answer simple questions such as what this geographical sales area this territory actually covered. The job description stated 25% travel in my metro area. Clearly the sales territory was much larger than stated and all he could say was you go where the money is. He would not answer when I asked him if the listed job description was wrong. He and his sales manager assistant also peppered me with specific questions regarding my current non-lab industry’s strategic planning that had absolutely nothing to do with this position’s responsibilities. They stated it was their version of shark tank and seemed to really enjoy themselves. Totally unprofessional behavior to say the least. Two hours after the interview, I received a call from corporate HR stating that this position was filled internally. What an absolute waste of time and poor representation of BD especially if they had already decided that fast to fill a position internally. I really had high expectations going into this interview with BD, extremely disappointed.
