      Trainer Interview

      May 9, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BD (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2022

      Interview

They rescinded the offer after I attempted salary negotiations. I applied Mid April and received an interview request one week later. This was an introductory interview with the hiring manager and another trainer. I did well and was invited to the final interview last Monday. I killed it and received an offer that Friday. I asked for a 12% increase of around $2 an hour which was rejected and they also pulled the offer. They were polite though, and scheduled interviews quickly. Aside from the rescinded offer, I did not like how the recruiter would call me with information that could've been in an email and they do not reimburse internet/home office expenses. PTO doesn't carry over either.
