Fairly straight forward phone screening. Topics discussed providing real examples from experience and how it relates to the role applied for. Everything went well overall from how the screener handled everything.

I had over 14 separate interactions with various personnel at BD over the course of over a month for a position that I am highly qualified. During my one on one interview with the hiring manager, he gave me a verbal offer, which he also said he would be going on vacation the following week. Two days later, he called me to speak with another leadership individual who was new the Woburn facility, but was unavailable during my site tour. I was expecting an offer that week. The following week, I received a text message and e-mail from their internal recruiter asking for another interview with their off-site HR, who was also on vacation. I found this odd, but scheduled it anyway. After the discussion with HR several days go by, and I received a canned e-mail saying that they are going with another candidate. BD was on my list of respected companies... it is no longer. Was excited to join their team, but this is a major black mark.

Interviewer expectations are high for this role so I would suggest to do a through preparation on the technical side. I would say it was a difficult interview and the interviewer expected book definitions rather than simpler explanation.
