BC Egg interview questions

Everyone was friendly, reception greeted me and brought water. I introduced myself, but the manager for finance appeared to be very busy. Understandably so, since they were in a quarter end. They sat me down and started with an accounting test, microsoft office test and then sent me home to complete a Birkman questionaire. I waited a couple a couple of weeks, but received other offers. I followed up with the interviewer, and she replied they were growing their pool of potential employees.
