Part of the interview process was to do a research test. No initial assessment was given, they just sent me a link to schedule my research test. I was asked to introduce myself and instructions were given, via zoom, on how to do the test. Test is not via zoom; they just shared a file, and you need to finish it by 1 hour.

During the hiring process, I underwent 3 to 4 interviews, filled out multiple application forms, and completed a final assessment. After receiving an offer and signing the contract, the company unexpectedly informed me they would not be moving forward with my employment. I'd advise potential applicants to be cautious and consider the lack of professionalism and reliability of the company before investing time and effort into their application process.

Super scammy. There was only one step: a text exchange interview on Discord with no opportunity to ask questions in return of the job, team, or supervisor. Required purchase of a Samsung phone that was promised to be reimbursed. Job offered two days later via email requesting completion of direct deposit info, identification, etc. Super sketchy and lots of red flags.
