Very nice people. Down to earth and friendly. Interview appointments last 15 to 45 minutes. The culture is worth the effort. I have had 3 interviews and I am excited for the offer.
The interview process was quick and efficient. It was about 3 steps total, mainly virtual with an offer to follow. Even received materials so they began to onboard right away.
They are very informative and explained the position in great detail. The interview was not intense, but very specific to what you would be doing if hired. All details were mentioned along with core values in their importance.
3 interviews. 1 phone screening (30 mins) , 1 zoom meeting with department management (~30-45 mins) , 1 zoom meeting with division director (~1hr). They are all very kind and welcoming.
