I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Rutland, VT) in Apr 2011
Interview
It takes a while- be prepared for a 3-4 week process. The company uses the Wonderlic- look it up online- you can improve your score by a few simple tricks. The personality profile they did was silly- after two years, mine was laughably wrong. I'm doing just fine but the personality test did NOT profile me well.
