I applied originally for an internship through my school. I was first contacted for a phone interview. Next I was called in for an in person interview. My two direct supervisors interviewed me as a team. I did not have to take any type of test. I was supposed to meet with someone higher up as well, but he was out of the office so they continued without him. I was offered the internship, and when I graduated, I e-mailed the supervisor showing my interest in staying with the company. I was called into her office and she printed out an offer letter there and then.
