The interview process was nice. I did not feel nervous at any point throughout. The RNs that came I'm to speak with me were super friendly and made me feel as if they were truly interested in my experience. The coordinator impressed me as well as she was easy to speak with. I was able to observe the other clerical staff while there and they all seemed cheerful as if they look very their career path with Bayada. The office atmosphere was also very inviting and cheerful! I enjoyed the way they handled the interview and was pleased when I left. I never once felt uneasy or intimidated! Very nice company!

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care
Interview
The interview itself was very quick and easy, the entire process has been long and grueling though. I was offered conditional employment on the spot. I am going on almost 2 months waiting to start working! If you have no Pediatric experience then you will have to take a 6hr course (even if you do have peds experience then you may still want to take the course because it is a lot of information you are expected to know), expect to interact during this course and most of all PAY ATTENTION! You will be tested on the material in the course/book they provide. Pay close attention to the questions at the end of each chapter as this is the best learning tool.
This seems like a great place to work and after the hiring process is finally over, I hope it is worth it!
