Interview
The second round of interviews was a technical case where you were given 1h30 to analyse a case and 1 hour to present and discuss with the hiring manager. The focus was more on soft skills (presentation, clarity, etc) than legal knowledge. The case was complex, so not enough time to read, analyse and prepare before presenting, especially without proper context about companies strategy, etc.
the test felt like a fishing expedition and it was 5 pages to "check your thinking process". you have to finish it within an hour. The interviewer showed no interest during the interview i.e: played with her phone, very brash and was uninterested during the whole time and overall was not a good experience.
The communication was great, The interview was well structured. Response was very timely. The provided Feedback that was received well. Comfortable environment in the interview. no tricky questions. they were just as excited to interview me.
