Multiple stages, very professional in the way it was scheduled. Some role-play situations, a wide variety of questions. It was an assessment centre with a lot of people involved, multiple interviewers, etc.

Interview
Started off with 2 brief Skype interviews as I was abroad. Online quiz to check the language skills. A face-to-face interview with an HR manager at their Tokyo office. The assessment centre with other candidates and then final interview. As I was overseas in the begging, the process took about 2-3 months.
