Agency interview, then the company interview and after I received a call after 2 months. I received training on the products and culture. The interview had 3 sales manager plus a HRBP.

Assessment centre, was a long day, had the usual assessment day tasks to do Teamwork Sell yourself Sell a product Overall was a long day , but was a bad experience at all
Four hour process through BMS performance, intense but exciting and engaging including team activities, role play scenario suited to the role & final interview as the final stage with colleagues.

2 stages- 1 informal and 1 formal with a scenario based section. Also there were a few group tasks with different managers watching you. Beyond that you had a 1 on 1 at the end
