I recently applied for the above mentioned position and I was invited via mail a few hours later to complete an online culture questionnaire. The next day I received an email inviting me to take on-line numerical and verbal tests which I did. But I haven't heard from them since then. Will they notify me in case I didn't succeed or they will just cease to communicate?
