I applied with my CV and a cover letter. I completed some online tests including a culture test which I was then informed I had failed and my application would not be taken further. However then I was e-mailed asking for a telephone interview. This was a 10 minute chat about why this placement, why did I choose my university, and some technical questions about e-cigarettes. After passing this I was invited to an interview on site which is split into 3 parts. First "tell us about yourself" which felt more like a chat and was quite relaxed, which led into the second stage of competency questions. I was interviewed by 4 people and each person asked one question, then the third part was technical questions on one of their Vype e-cigarettes about how it worked.
