Interview Process: The interview begins with the HR bringing you into a small conference room, where two managers and the HR representative conduct the interview together. Regarding salary, I believe it is quite good for an internship. They pay on a monthly basis, deducting any leaves taken each month. As an intern, you only need to be present three days a week, and the rest of the time can be taken as leave. The entire interview process was quite enjoyable and relaxed. There wasn’t much pressure, and the managers conducted the interview in a conversational manner. The interview lasted about an hour initially. Interview Advice: Overall, the interview was relatively relaxed, and they didn’t intentionally make it difficult. Just stay relaxed and be attentive to numerical details. However, time availability is an important consideration. In my case, they required three days a week for six months, so it depends on whether your school can accommodate that.
