Submit application and fill out beacoup questions during the application, then get sent a ‘follow up’ questionnaire of embarrassingly insulting and mundane questions for experienced marketing professionals, at the end of which they will require you to submit a video explaining ‘why they should hire you for the position’… the job market and hiring are in the trash as it is & this company’s practices are another perfect example of how to land on top of the heap of the steaming job-hunt poo. Do not waste your time on ‘bad’ marketing.

It is very inconvenient when you are job hunting. Imagine you had to record videos every time you apply for a job. I was scheduled for a 1st interview that was canceled less than an hour before the interview because "they were not looking anymore".
