Very quick response to resume submission, was sent link to a Zoom call with ~30 other applicants and the CEO speaking. Was very informal, did not make me feel that they had interest in my individual application. Zoom ended and an email was sent with a sruvey.

Competitive and unique. They examine everything about you and choose based on preference and desire to work hard. Very appealing and a cool process that is welcoming. Also, ask specific questions about the company and see if youre a good fit.

What a joke. The first red flag should have been that the interview request email didn't even have the job title in it. Had a 15 minute ZOOM interview where they tell you about the company, by which I mean they tell you nothing in reality. Seemed to be pulling facts and numbers out of nowhere and the CEO was just rude to people, saying "if you don't smile, I won't interview you" or "if you can't do x, disqualify yourself". They sent out a questionnaire during the interview that they wanted you to fill out after the first interview to determine if you would go to the second round. I did not fill out the questionnaire as this is not a company I would want to work for.
