Azul Systems Java Developer interview questions

The interview process was just bad. I applied off campus and got shortlisted for interview process after a basic java based online test. Process: Online Test -> Technical Interview R1 -> Tech Interview R2 -> Managerial Round HR contacted me for first round of interview. Once the interview round was over, I didn't get any information for further rounds or any feedback for 2 weeks even after several emails. At the end, I had to call the HR and then she scheduled my second round. Same thing happened after second round, had to call the HR for further process. The third round was managerial round where they told me about the tech stack I will be using. And guess what, after like 2 weeks, I received their rejection mail. How dumb does a company has to be to conduct managerial round and then reject after that (managerial round was not even an interview, just an intro to office culture so it wasn't elimination round). If you guys are not serious, at least don't waster our time for God sake.
