Azul Restaurant and Lounge interview questions

Laid back, not too formal. Discussed my past experience with the various restaurants that I have worked for. Went over different management teams that I have worked under, and why or why not I feel that they have worked well, and their success with the restaurant staff and overall operations. Discussed my strengths and weaknesses as a food server.
