I applied online. I interviewed at Azlo in Aug 2020
Interview
This was the least professional interview process I can remember. I had over 15 interviews. It was clear throughout the process that the CEO was extremely inexperienced, needing the input of every person on the team and that there was zero clarity on the role and organizational direction.
It got progressively less professional as the process unfolded. I felt like they were new to interviewing people. They seemed like good people, but the company did not feel focused.
