Applied online. From initial contact it took approximately two months or so. Initial contact was done via email. Phone screening was completed. I was then contacted for a panel interview.

The legal director conducted the interview it was one on one. She explained the organization and the position before she started asking me questions. She asked me about my experience and tested my language skills as this position required English, Spanish, and French. I heard back from her a week later. She called me and offered the job.
