I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AxonIQ (Denver, CO) in Jun 2022
Interview
AxonIQ has a very streamlined interview process, and I enjoyed it from start to finish. First, I had a screening from the recruiter, the next VP of Marketing. After that, AxonIQ has a great process of meeting with heads of different departments to make sure you like the feel of the company, from peers you will be working with to peers in your region. Lastly, you get to have a conversation with the CEO to make sure the fit is final. AxonIQ makes you feel like you apart family form the start.

Question 1
Why do you want to join AxonIQ and leave a job you are currently successful at?
It starts with a couple of interviews with hiring managers and managers from other departments. Also with some of the team members. Finally with the CEO of the company. A discussion follows.

Interview
The interview process went normally, up to the offer stage, when AxonIQ said that they did not yet have a U.S. operating subsidiary and suggested to proceed as a full-time consultant or employee of a partner company for the next 3-6 months or more. There was no previous mention of this, and it came across late in the hiring process as a "bait and switch".
