I have applied (for Dubai) and the recruiter reached out to me on Whatsapp. I have asked the recruiter several times to have a short conversation with me after sharing the information she asked (location, current salary and expected salary) and she refused to schedule it and only kept texting me on Whatsapp. The most unprofessional company. There is no point in applying.

Up until the interview with the hiring manager was extremely good. The hiring manager is based in India and his behaviour was extremely bad. He doesn't even know how to respect a candidate, being sarcastic on everything I replied. My expected CTC was within the budget but he denied anything greater than 17% hike, saying "your friends are earning X amount so you should be getting more than X. Your expectation is really low, ask for more" and so on. Idiot. I have one request to the higher authorities, if you need good candidate, fire this idiot.
