Avnet accuired Company softweb solution Ahmedabad HR called me it takes 3 days for 3 round, two technical rounds and one HR round. After 2 technical rounds there is HR round they asked me about my current company policy they described their cheap low level policy.
Example :
1.candidate have to submit their highest qualification original marksheet in exchange of offer letter till 15 month of bond period .
2.bond break condition 2 months salary + 5% of CTC and still have to notice period of 50 working days.
3. leaves: 10 paid leaved + 3 casual leave +3 sickleave
4. strict 9 hours daily and you have to report manager daily.
5. company dont have any Insurance / medical policy for employee.
6 . company even dont send salary breakups without accepting their verbal offer and without submitting original mark sheet.
** please change policy of acquired companies because this small companies creating negative impact on avnet
