Very simple. 3 Steps: Phone Interview, Interview with Regional Director, Interview with Regional VP. None of the questions were common and expected. All interviews were conducted virtually. The demeanor of all interviewers was casual and easy.

What experience do you have with management and operations?
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
