Interview
Simple, answer all questions honestly. They just want to see if you have the leadershop background seeking. Strong customer service and sale background comes in very handy. Leadership and a some HR experience also helps with filling any manager position with this company.
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
