Interview
The interview was very short and straightforward. Given that I had prior rental experience with another company, I understood the expectations and the pros and cons of the job. The interviewer was very polite and professional.

Question 1
Give me an example of time where you had to perform a duty that you had no experience doing, and how did you go about doing it and making sure that it was done correctly?
Interviewer was late and continuously mentioned the required relocation. I understand that is important, but I feel like I wasn't even being interviewed. Besides that, easy interview questions. About 30 minutes in length.
Friendly and conversational. Met with managers who were positive and informative. They interview with the idea that you will work into a promotion in mind. They look for qualities of area managers , etc.
Interview process was straight forward and efficient. Interview was behavioral in nature. I was able to make an informed decision as they provided appropriate context for the duties of the position.
