took a year and change to get me hired. Internal candidates kept taking positions and both internal candidateds are gone in less than a year. Started with a phone screen then an assigment next a face to face and a one more face to face with a VP

Started by applying on line. A couple of weeks later got an interview with a HR recruiter. Then had a phone interview with the DM. Then had a face to face with the DM. Then had a face to face with the RVP. Then finally was offered the job over a week later.
