Online application followed by telephone interview. Very easy telephone interview with simple questions about the company. Called the next day to arrange next stage interview. Again, easy interview, very comfortable and not a very corporate setting. Got to the last 2 but they gave it to the other based on their answer regarding their passion for finance.
